Kara Roberts – Scientist II, R&D
Kara has a B.S. in Food Science from Kansas State University. She has been in the food industry for 10 years, working with a variety of food products, including ready-to-eat dips, puddings, and frozen foods, to name a few. She has experience in manufacturing, as well as developing and launching new products from benchtop to commercialization.
