Our Micellar Casein Isolate (MCI) is a clean, pure dairy protein filtered directly from Grade A milk, with minimal processing. As an intact casein, MCI has many benefits, both for our partners as well as their customers. Our native MCI supplies a clean flavor profile, exceptional functional properties due to its optimized casein to native whey protein ratio (95:5), and compelling functional benefits including superior emulsification compared to caseinates, exceptional heat stability, and low foam capability. In addition, our MCI has exceptional wetting properties and provides the needed structure to many dairy products such as natural cheese, processed cheese, and yogurt products. Also, MCI is considered a slow-digesting protein providing an extended release of amino acids and in conjunction with the high micellar calcium content makes MCI ideally suited for sports and adult nutrition products.

He has over 12 years of experience in dairy ingredient innovation, manufacturing, and their application in sports nutrition (UHT RTD, RTM, Protein bars, etc.), medical nutrition (Retort, enteral), and functional foods (Ice cream, yogurt, etc.) categories.
